出道7年了...也就等於我人生的1/4。這一路來有很多美好的回憶，我成長了許多，認識很多好朋友。下面是我最真實的想法: 不管這七年裡你是什麼時候喜歡我的，我都很感謝有你們在。在我低落時候，你們都一直在支持我，我覺得我很幸福, 不想辜負你們，我會繼續努力加油的。

Growing up, I never imagined I would have fans, let alone ones as supportive and amazing as the ones I have now. Over the years I've met fans who have given me constructive advice (both life and career-wise), shared personal stories with me, and met those that have told me I impacted their lives in some way. The truth is that impact is a two-way street, and I've been deeply touched many times by you all. Whenever someone asks me to wish them happy birthday or good luck on a test, I'm always delighted to give that encouragement because that's all I've ever been getting from my "Rocking Horses". Cheering my name at performances, visiting me on set, sharing my stuff on social media, or rallying other fans to come support me, it never ceases to amaze me. Thank you. I don't think I can be where I am today without you guys. I'm so thankful for the all the memories and interactions we've had over these 7 years.

翻聽Bob Dylan的《Desolation Row》湧起一股莫名的觸動，感覺就像走過了一條漫長的荒涼之路。頭兩句不知怎的讓我想到最近的香港：

They’re selling postcards of the hanging
They’re painting the passports brown

他們販售吊刑的名信片
他們把護照髹成啡色

然後我便分外留神聽接下來發生甚麼事：

The beauty parlor is filled with sailors
The circus is in town
Here comes the blind commissioner
They’ve got him in a trance
One hand is tied to the tight-rope walker
The other is in his pants
And the riot squad they’re restless
They need somewhere to go
As Lady and I look out tonight
From Desolation Row

美髮店擠滿了水手
馬戲團就在城後
然後來了一個特首
他們將他發入吽竇
一隻手綁住走鋼線高手
另一隻插在褲袋裡頭
還有防暴警察全在煩躁無休

灰姑娘，她似乎幾開放
「講嗰個就係嗰個。」佢笑咗

我很喜歡這一種講故事的歌，因為這才叫做「吟遊」。當現在的歌失去了這種吟遊性，就空餘下一堆感質。我們已經不再用灰姑娘來形容負責打掃地方的女人，我喜歡這樣的形容，但設定跟原著是反轉的：掃完地，一到十二點，她就準時穿回自己的玻璃鞋。

然後已經好夜好夜了：

對面街他們已釘上帷幕
他們已準備好一場盛宴

是的，Bob Dylan是在模仿ES艾略特式的混亂，而在最後一節揭曉了混亂的原因：

聽過這麼多段，就像走完了一段漫長的荒涼的路，有一種想哭的感覺。Bob Dylan的音樂經常都給予的這種荒涼感，只有經歷很多的人才會有這種感覺，寫得出這種詞，流下了這滴淚。

I want to deliver delicious Japanese-food recipes to the world

【材料】（保存期間：冷蔵で約4日、冷凍で約1か月）
●中華麺（ご飯、冷凍うどん、そうめん、パスタ何でも合うよ♪）
●豚ひき肉：約400~500g
●えのき：1パック（椎茸でも美味しいよ♪）
●ニラ：5本くらい（好きな方はもっと多くてももちろんOK）
●卵：人数分
●にんにく：2片（チューブタイプでも大丈夫なんですけど香りが全然違うので出来れば生がオススメ）
●生姜：にんにくと同量くらい
●紹興酒：大さじ2（普通のお酒でもOK）
●みりん：大さじ2
●醤油：大さじ2
●赤味噌：大さじ2（普通のお味噌でもOK）
●オイスターソース：大さじ1
●砂糖：大さじ1
●甜面醤：大さじ1
●豆板醤：小さじ1（コチュジャンでもOK）
●創味シャンタン：小さじ1/2〜1（鶏ガラスープの素、ウェイパーでもOK）
●花椒油（胡麻油でもOK）
●ごま油
●ブラックペッパー
●お好みで花椒、ラー油、きゅうり、メンマ
※お使いの味噌によって塩分が変わってくるのでまずは大さじ2入れて味見をしてから足してみてね♪
※砂糖も甜面醤を使わない場合やお使いの味噌によって変わるので味見をしてからお好み量入れて下さい。

前回本当に沢山の方に作って頂けて沢山の方に大好評だった
父が遺してくれた我が家の神レシピ！(父ちゃんもきっと喜んでます)
今回はその第二弾という事で
『超やべぇ肉ニラえのき』作らせて頂きました。
お店に負けないような本格的な味をご家庭でも簡単に作れるよう
父ちゃんが考えてくれたものです。（暑い時期になると必ず作ります♪）
香ばしい味噌の風味、きのこの旨味や色んな出汁を吸った豚肉が、本当に味わい深く、最高にやみつきな美味しさなんです(*^^*)
しかも香りまで最高に美味しく仕上がってます。
(昔、家近くでこの香りがするとダッシュで家に帰った良い思い出がありますｗ)
お客様第一で病気になってからもお店を休む事は一回も無かったくらい、料理で美味しいと言ってくれるお客様の笑顔が大好きな父ちゃんだったので、コロナ禍で本当に大変な世の中ですが、前回同様、このレシピで少しでも多くのご家庭の食卓で笑顔が作れたら、天国にいる父ちゃんも喜んでくれると思います。
これからの季節、冷やしたラーメン、うどん、素麺にも最高だと思いますし、
あとはやっぱご飯！！!(^^)!
ほっかほかのご飯にこの『超やべぇ肉ニラ』を乗せて卵乗せて食べたら、ウマすぎて最高に幸せな気持ちになれます♪
ダイエットや糖質制限されている方は、きゅうり、大根、人参をスティックにしてディップして食べても良いですし、豆腐や、今回みたいに茄子やズッキーニの上にチーズと一緒に乗せて焼いても最高に美味しいです。
カレーに乗せたり、パスタに和えたり、グラタンの具材にしたり、春巻きで巻いてもマジで旨いですよ♪
今回も作り方は炒めるだけ！おつまみに関しては乗せて焼くだけ！（オマケまで見てくれた皆さんありがとう♪）
どちらも本当に簡単ですけど、とにかく味と香りが最高に美味しいです。
ご家庭で簡単に作れるお店の味を是非皆さん作ってみて下さい。
あと花椒を食べた事がない方は今回の料理は花椒抑えめなので、これを機に一度使ってみて下さい。少しピリッとした痺れる辛味や香りが本当にやみつきになりますよ♪

[Ingredients] (Preservation period: about 4 days refrigerated, about 1 month frozen)
● Chinese noodles (Go well with rice, frozen udon, somen, pasta as well ♪)
● Minced pork: about 400~500g
● Enoki mushrooms: 1 pack (Shiitake mushrooms are also good)
● Chives: about 5 chives
● Eggs: enough for several people
● Garlic: 2 cloves
● Ginger: about the same amount as the garlic
● Shoko-shu: 2 tablespoons (Normal sake is fine too)
● Mirin: 2 tablespoons
● Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
● Red miso paste: 2 tablespoons (You can use regular miso too)
● Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Sugar: 1 tablespoon
● Tian men jiang: 1 tablespoon
● Dou ban jiang (or gochujang): 1 tablespoon
● SOMI shantung: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (or chicken broth or Weipa)
● Huājiāo oil (Sesame oil is fine too)
● Sesame oil
● Black pepper
● Huājiāo, Ra-yu, cucumber, pickled bamboo shoots as you like
※ The salt content will vary depending on the miso you use, so try
adding 2 tablespoons and taste before adding more.
※ If you don't use sugar or Tian men jiang, or depending on the miso
you use, the taste will vary, so taste it before adding the desired
amount.

The last time I shared the recipe my father left to me, I had a lot of people make it and it was a big hit.
(I'm sure my dad would be happy to hear that.)
This time, I made the second version, "Amazingly Yummy Pork, Chinese Chives & Enoki with Miso Topping"
My dad came up with this recipe so that you can easily make it at home with the same authentic taste of a restaurant. (I always make it when the weather is hot ♪)
The fragrant miso flavor, the mushroom flavor, and the pork that has absorbed the various broths are really flavorful and addictive (*^^*)
Moreover, the aroma of the pork is also very delicious.
(I have good memories of dashing home when I smelled this aroma near my house in the past.)
Even after he got sick, he never took a day off from work.
He loved to see the smiles on his customers' faces when they said how delicious his food was.
I think my father in heaven would be pleased if you give it try.
It would be great with chilled ramen, udon, or somen in the coming season.
And then there is rice! (^^)!
If you put this "Amazingly Yummy meat sauce" on a bed of rice and top it with an egg, it will be too good to eat and you will be very happy.
Again, all you have to do is stir-fry them!

It's really easy to make, but the flavor and aroma are just amazing.

どうも！けいとです。チャンネル登録者十万人本当にありがとうございます！！！十万人の方々にチャンネル登録ボタンを押してもらえたと思うと頭がぐるぐるします。今まで引っ越しを沢山したり色々あったので友達、学校、習い事、特技、故郷など何もこれと言うものが無く、ハーフということもあり、自分は一体何なのか、何のために生きているのか分からなくなりアイデンティティ・クライシスになっていましたが、ふと思い立って始めたYouTubeでこんなにも沢山の方々に受け入れてもらえて、大げさに聞こえるかもしれませんが人生変わりました。（重い）昔からいじめられてばかりでしたが、最近はなぜなのでしょうか、皆さんに受け入れてもらい自分に少し自信がついたのか、お友達ができました。中の良い人たちにはASMRをやっていることを教えているんですが、ASMRファンじゃない子でも私がやっていることを理解してくれて本当に嬉しいです（泣きそう）これからは皆さんが私にしてくれたように私が皆さんの心の支えになれるよう、十万人が最終点ではなく通過点になれるよう、頑張ります。こんな私ですがよろしくね☺

さてさて語りすぎましたね（今更）今回の動画では謎にリクエストを多く頂いた、いつもの挨拶「どうも！ASMRBlueKatieです」をとにかくとにかくずーーーーっと繰り返してます。それだけではつまらなすぎると思ったので３３種類の音・トリガーも集めてみました。何故３３個と聞かれても理由は無いです。何個音を撮るかは事前に考えていなかったんですが、３３個目を撮り終わったら疲れちゃってギブアップしたって感じです・・・近所の人が静かになるのが深夜しか無いので撮影はいつも真夜中なんです。だから眠くなっちゃうんです許してくださいまし(´；ω；｀)

今日は新しく購入したオシャンティーなカメラで撮影したんですが、気づいてくれましたか？何気にチャンネル初の１０８０pです（ドヤ）編集中照明がひどいことに気づいたので早速ググって新しいリングライトっていうのを買いました。父に「また機材？？？買うものがいつもマニアックだよね」と言われましたが、これぞいわゆる「ゆーちゅーばーらいふ」です（？）

When I started this channel I was right in the middle of an identity crisis. Moving a lot and experiencing bullying& xenophobism can do much to a child. There wasn't something I stood out with as well, no friends/talent/hometown or anything in particular. Being biracial didn't help me out as well, I kept asking myself, what the hell am I and what's the point in living (welp that went dark) But when I started making ASMR videos I received so many kind responses from you guys, you guys accepted me and I'm so incredibly grateful. I finally feel like I belong somewhere and damn that feels great xD It's like I gained a bit of confidence from you guys, cause I was able to make friends :D And so that's why I want to give back to you:) Just like how you guys made me feel better, I hope I can do the same for you too. Best family time ever!! We went to Club Med Cherating and had sooo much fun. Kids enjoyed the mini club, and the parent gets to chillax at Zen Pool. It was a memorable trip and we hope you enjoy the video. Don’t forget to like and subscribe. Arigato.
